House Guideline (Terms & Conditions)

Our gallery is a hidden, private space designed for creativity, learning, and celebration.
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following:

Use of Space

Bookings include setup and wrap-up within the reserved time.
Please respect the privacy of the premise and its surroundings.
Capacity limits must be observed for comfort and safety.

Care & Respect

The Y's Space and Classrooms are a blank canvas — we ask that no nails, tape, or fixtures be applied without prior approval.
Furniture and equipment should be returned to their original place after use.
Any damages will be charged to the booking party.

Food & Beverage

Outside catering with light refreshments (no strong odors) is welcome with advance notice and subject to prior approval.
Alcohol service must follow local regulations.
Kindly dispose of all food and beverage waste responsibly. Please wrap and protect all glass items before discarding.
Any excessive mess or unwrapped waste left in the garbage area will incur a disposal fee of HKD 1,000.

Atmosphere & Conduct

Noise should be kept considerate of the building and neighbors.
Smoking, open flames, or unsafe activities are not permitted indoors. A designated balcony is available strictly for smoking.
All illegal activities are prohibited within the premises. The host shall be fully responsible and shall indemnify the gallery against any liability,
loss, or damage arising from illegal activities by the host or their guests

After Your Event

Light cleaning is included. Additional cleaning fees apply only if the space is left in poor condition.
Personal belongings should be cleared at the end of the booking.
Guests are responsible for their own items. YY gallery is not liable for any theft, loss, or unattended personal belongings.

Booking Terms

A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation
The balance must be settled in full prior to the event date.
Cancellations made within 7 working days of the booking will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Any changes to booking time or date are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
Events extending beyond the reserved time may incur an overtime charges at a rate to be confirmed at the time of booking.
Hosts are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage for their event, including liability for guests, property, or equipment.
